Ready to watch ‘Fall flowers’ (recorded set of 5 Sunflowers, Astilbe, Asters, Freesias and composition)

Abi will break down painting this set of 5 ‘Freestyle Fall Flowers’ classes using easy, simple step-by-step watercolour techniques. They are about freeing up your flower painting, embracing the accidental and being more expressive with a brush. 

You can do this class if you are an existing artist and want to take things in a different direction or if you are a total beginner. There is no drawing, it’s all done with a brush.

This set of 5 classes are recorded.

The first four classes last about 60 minutes and the final one takes about 90 minutes as it’s putting everything you have learned in the previous classes together into a vase composition.

When you book your set of classes, you will be emailed a list of the materials you need for the class and links as to where to get them.

We recommend you invest in 2 good quality brushes, watercolour paper and some watercolour paints:

1 x size 12 round brush

1 x size 4 round brush

1 x pan of watercolours (or tubes of watercolours)

1 x A3 pad of watercolour paper

Scrap paper or copy paper to test the colours

A pencil

A rubber

A pair of scissors

Kitchen roll or loo roll

A jar or mug of water

A hair dryer
