What image of my pet should I send you?
One single jpeg please! Take a look at our photography guide above for more help.
What about if I have more than one pet?
This style of images suits one pet per portrait. Please make all the selections separately to add two pet portraits to your basket.
How long will it take?
We will email you back within one working day of your purchase with an estimated time it will take to complete it. It will be sent 1st class signed for in the UK, but do allow extra time during the Christmas period.
What size is it?
Your portrait comes unframed in an 12" x 16" mount
Will the portrait come framed?
No, but the portraits are sized to fit in standard Imperial sized frames. Search for frames with the stated size of the portrait (for example 8"x10" for our mini portraits). Remember you don't need a mount to be included as your picture comes mounted.
